PA daily: Israeli police are "killing and terror gangs"

"The President [Abbas] said, in a telegram that Dr. Laila Ghannam, governor of the Ramallah and El-Bireh district, delivered to the Martyr's family: 'With great pain we received word of the late brother Akram Badi'a Bader’s Martyrdom-death, a cold blooded murder committed by the killing and terror gangs of the despicable occupation army… while he was trying to get to his work.'"
Note: Bader failed to follow instructions to stop at a roadblock, and Israeli police shot at his car and killed him.
