Israel is "planting a false Jewish history" to prove "Jewish entitlement" to Jerusalem

"The Islamic-Christian Council for Support of Jerusalem and the Holy Places yesterday condemned the new Judaization initiatives in the area of the Umayyad palaces, the Mughrabi Gate, and the Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem. It stressed that Israel continues to carry out its Judaization plans in occupied Jerusalem, and especially in the area of the holy compound in Jerusalem (i.e., the Temple Mount). It stated that the occupation is not only proceeding to dig tunnels and excavate archaeological sites in search of remains of the alleged Temple, but is also planting a false Jewish history in these areas, in order to prove Jewish entitlement to the holy lands. [The Council] also called to refute the Israeli claims and to stand on guard against these lies."
