The PA TV report is about a large-scale development program in Jerusalem.
PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas is giving a speech accompanied by four maps to the right allegedly showing the "loss of Palestine" over time, with English text on them.
The first map on the left is labeled "Historic Palestine" with "100%" written at the bottom; the entire land of Israel is covered in green to illustrate a false claim that prior to 1948 the land was 100% "Palestine."
The next map is labelled "1947" with "44%" written at the bottom; green indicates on the map the areas designated to be under Arab rule according to the UN partition plan – see note below.
The next map is labelled "1967" with "22%" written at the bottom; green indicates on the map the areas under Egyptian and Jordan occupation from 1948-1967.
The next map is labelled "Israeli Unilateralism 2020" with "12%" written at the bottom; green indicates the Gaza Strip and Areas A and B of the West Bank, which are under PA administrative control under the Oslo Accords.
