Commemorating terrorist murderers, PA and Fatah officials vow to "continue their struggle"

A report on an official ceremony held by the PA embassy and local Fatah branch in Tunis for the anniversary of the deaths of the following terrorists: head of the Black September terror organization Salah Khalaf "Abu Iyad"; Fatah co-founder Hayel Abd Al-Hamid "Abu Al-Hol"; and Black September co-founder Fakhri Al-Omari "Abu Muhammad." The ceremony was held at "the Cemetery of the Martyrs of Palestine" in Tunis.

Official PA TV reporter in Tunis: "'Abu Iyad,' the conscience of the [Palestinian] revolution... The leadership continues the uprising, leader after leader, carrying the flag [of struggle] since late Martyr [former PLO President and PA Chairman] Yasser Arafat and afterwards [PA] President Mahmoud Abbas."

PLO Ambassador to Tunis Rami Al-Qaddumi: "We emphasize to [the three Martyr leaders] that we will continue the struggle and the path of their sacrifice, for Palestine... We hold on to our land, as the struggle will continue Allah willing, until the liberation of Palestine." …

Reporter: "In his speech at the cemetery of the Martyrs in Hammam Chott [in Tunis], Ambassador of the State of Palestine Rami Al-Qaddumi expressed appreciation for the role played by the Martyrs on the path of the Palestinian national struggle and their death as Martyrs for the homeland."

Fatah Tunis Branch Secretary Bassam Ayoub: "This is a sad day on which the hand of treason and disloyalty was sent to assassinate three pillars of the Fatah Movement, the PLO, and the Palestinian revolution. The enemy [Israel] thought that by eliminating them it would succeed in extinguishing the torch of armed struggle and the torch of the revolution, but their blood strengthened and emphasized our resolve and our adherence to the legacy they left behind for future generations."
