Israelis want to “control Palestine and surroundings… from the Nile to Euphrates” – Lebanese politician

Head of the Socialist Arab Lebanon Vanguard Party Hassan Bayan: "There is no point in distinguishing between right and left [in Israel]. They are all occupiers. Maybe they have right and left on the issues of their internal conflicts, but regarding the Palestinian people and regarding the Arab peoples, they are all right-wing… At their core, they are the same. They want to control Palestine, all of Palestine, and the surroundings of Palestine until they achieve so-called Greater Israel, from the Euphrates River to the Nile River."
