PA presents security concerns during Iran war as “baseless claim” for closure of holy places
Official PA TV reporter in Hebron: "The occupation (i.e., Israel) continues to close the noble Ibrahimi Mosque (i.e., Cave of the Patriarchs) for five consecutive days on a baseless claimand is preventing the Muslim worshippers from praying inside the mosque, particularly in this blessed [Muslim fasting] month [of Ramadan]."

The closure of both Muslim and Jewish holy places is due to security concerns of rocket fire from Iran and Lebanon during Operation Roaring Lion. It is not a decision that affects only Muslims, but also Jews and Christians.
