The program, which is sponsored by PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas and the PLO Department of Refugee Affairs, quizzes people on the street during the Muslim fasting month of Ramadan. Correct answers are rewarded with 300 shekels (USD 96) by the PLO's Department of Refugee Affairs
