Hamas instructs terrorists how to carry out a shooting attack from a car

The video shows a shooting attack with symbols on it to guide would-be attackers.

Narrator and text on screen: "The rules for carrying out a shooting operation (i.e., terror attack) from a car inside a settlement – (this is correct and this is incorrect) –

Studying the area before the operation – it is essential to know the security points and guard points in the area.

Using a vehicle not connected to resistance members (i.e., terrorists) – the car must not be known or monitored.

Shooting from inside the car or next to it – make sure to perform the operation while you are protected by the car that serves as cover.

Reducing [operation] time to less than 10 seconds – make the operation quick and fleeting without allowing any armed person (i.e., Israeli) to respond.

Ensuring cover from the rear while carrying out [the operation] – there should be a person supervising and guarding against any surprise attack from behind.

Avoiding identity exposure – cover the face and use a hat or mask, and do not leave any identifying detail.

Clear withdrawal plan – prepare a main withdrawal outline and another alternative one for emergencies."
