PA suspects a Palestinian doctor’s negligence for the terrorist’s death, yet publicly blame Israel
After repeatedly blaming Israel publicly for the death of a Palestinian terrorist mass murderer Riyad Al-Amour in Egypt, the PA suspended a Palestinian doctor for suspected negligence
Headline: "The [PA] president decides to establish a committee to investigate the medical responsibility for the death as a Martyr of released prisoner Riyad Al-Amour"
"Yesterday, President Mahmoud Abbas decided to establish a committee to investigate the medical responsibility for the Martyrdom of released prisoner exiled to Egypt Riyad Al-Amour (responsible for murder of 12 - PMW).
According to the decision, the investigation committee will include Fatah Central Committee member [and Fatah Commissioner of Branches Abroad] Samir Al-Rifai, Director of the Commission of Prisoners' Affairs Raed Abu Al-Humus, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for General Affairs and Embassies Muhammad Abu Ja'ama, representative of the department of [Fatah] branches abroad Raed Al-Louzi, and a representative from the PA Ministry of Health.
The decision also states that Dr. Fadi Kassab will be suspended from his work until the conclusions of the investigation are formulated (Kassab works at the PA embassy in Cairo and was responsible for the treatment of Al-Amour's medical condition; there are claims he was negligent in this duty -Ed.)."

A Hamas-associated news outlet blames the PA for direct responsibility
Headline: "Exiled Fatah [prisoner] in Egypt to Quds: Intentional neglect, without insurance or salary – this is how Martyr Al-Amour ascended to Heaven"
"A released prisoner (i.e., terrorist) from the Fatah Movement, who was exiled to Egypt and who requested to remain anonymous, revealed in a conversation with Quds [News] Network details about some of the cases of medical neglect suffered by released prisoner Martyr Riyad Al-Amour (terrorist responsible for murder of 12 -PMW), ...
In his conversation with Quds Network, the released Fatah prisoner revealed that Al-Amour ascended to Heaven as a result of hunger and illness, due to medical neglect by the Palestinian [PA] embassy in Cairo, and this was after being exiled following his release from the occupation's (i.e., Israel's) prisons.
He said there is ‘direct retaliation,' as he put it, by PA figures against the released prisoners in Egypt…
He also noted that Al-Amour did not have medical insurance and was forced to wait long hours to receive approval from the Palestinian embassy in Cairo before being transferred to a hospital for treatment…
The released prisoners repeatedly requested medical referrals due to the deterioration of their health conditions, as was the case with Al-Amour, but they faced ongoing delays from the Palestinian embassy and its representative in the medical attaché, Fadi Kassab, whom he held responsible for what happened.
He added: ‘In certain cases, we had to transfer Martyr Al-Amour to Egyptian hospitals at 3:00 a.m., for example, and we would wait until 10:00 a.m. for the approval to come from the medical attaché at the embassy, Fadi Kassab, under the pretext that there are medical agreements requiring his signature on the medical referral.'
Regarding the medical services, he emphasized that Palestine Hospital in Egypt, which is intended for Palestinians and released prisoners, lacks effective medical capabilities and is unable to handle most medical conditions, and it is not properly equipped to provide the required treatment.
He also emphasized the absence of minimal medical care for released prisoners by the PA...
He clarified that several members of the Fatah Central Committee, including Mahmoud Al-Aloul and Hussein Al-Sheikh, contacted them and informed them about the establishment of an investigation committee to clarify the circumstances of Martyr Al-Amour's case, and emphasized that they will continue to monitor the committee's work until its conclusions are published."
