PA PM asks donors for money and to pressure Israel to release tax money

"[PA] Prime Minister Muhammad Mustafa called on donor states and Palestine's international partners to exert pressure to ensure the release of the confiscated tax money and provide immediate and direct assistance to the [PA] general budget for six months, as was announced in the emergency mechanism by Saudi Arabia, France, Norway, and Spain...
