Norway and Spain donate money to PA

Headline: "Norway granted an additional $4 million to the [PA] budget and Spain granted two million euros as aid for public employees' and retirees' salaries" 

"The [PA] Ministry of Finance [Omar Al-Bitar] announced yesterday, Monday, that the Norwegian government agreed to provide additional aid to the [PA] general budget in the amount of $4 million, as an amendment to a previously signed agreement between the parties. The announcement was made during a meeting of Finance Minister Omar Al-Bitar with the representative of the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Erik Berggrav... 

Minister Al-Bitar signed a memorandum of understanding yesterday with the Consul General of Spain, José Javier Gutiérrez Blanco-Navarrete, to support the Palestinian public employees' and retirees' salary program through the PEGASE mechanism, under which the Spanish government granted 2 million euros for the year 2025."
