Norwegian aid to help feed poor Palestinians families

Headline: "Norway provides $2.9 million to transfer food as aid to approximately 20,000 Palestinians"

"The [UN] World Food Program (WFP) conveyed that ‘The aid presented by the Norwegian government, at a sum of $2.9 million, will aid in continuing to provide food as aid to needy Palestinian families.' 

In a press release today, Wednesday, [Sept. 20, 2023,] WFP Director in Palestine Samer Abd Al-Jaber said that this sum will fund providing food as aid to approximately 20,000 citizens in the West Bank and Gaza Strip for a period of 12 months."
