National Association of the Families of the Martyrs of Palestine Secretary-General in Lebanon and Eighth Fatah Conference member Issam Halabi: "We, as the National Association of the Families of the Martyrs [of Palestine], cooperate with movement institutions to find [solutions] – but we only provide partial solutions, and they are not enough. It is impossible [with] about 5,000, or a little more than 5,000 Palestinian families, families of Martyrs just in Lebanon."
