The Palestinian [refugee] has never been the one who raises the slogan of naturalization and staying in Lebanon… Our eyes are set on Palestine. Palestine is locked in our hearts and our hearts are with Palestine and with our people [there]… Our dream and hope are to return to Palestine… We, wherever we are, our destination is Palestine! Our cause is Palestine! Our land is Palestine! Our identity is Palestine! Our honor is Palestine! Palestine is a trust [entrusted to us]! We bear responsibility for Palestine! Our people are Palestinians! Our land is Palestine!"
