PA minister announces housing project for families of prisoners serving life sentences

“Housing and Public Works Minister Maher Ghneim broke ground on the apartment complex in the village of Al-Ubeidiye in the Bethlehem district, for [families] of prisoners serving life sentences. Ghneim declared that ‘This national undertaking reflects the government’s interest in this kind of housing initiative.
