PA official Nabil Shaath: Arafat “died of poisoning, and I have no doubt about this”
Part of the fourth episode of the 2011 Palestinian-produced documentary “Arafat” was broadcast on PA TV again in January 2013 as an introduction to a PA ceremony.
Narrator: “Wondering about the nature of Arafat’s disease continued. Did he really fall ill, or had Israel managed to poison him?”
Nabil Shaath: “In my opinion he died of poisoning, and I have no doubt about this. The problem, of course, is how and who brought the poison, and how was it administered? Those are the questions we have.”
