A procession in Gaza is celebrating the 44th anniversary of the Democratic Front.
Ziyad Jarghoun: “These community processions will call out in one voice and call out ‘yes’ to national unity, ‘yes’ to ending the rift [between Fatah and Hamas], ‘yes’ to struggling against the occupation with a third armed popular Intifada to dissuade the occupation from the settlements… ‘yes’ to unity of the Palestinian gun… We at the Democratic Front have developed an alternative new strategy whose symbol is connecting the armed resistance with the popular resistance.”
