PA daily avoids calling Israel by name, uses term "Palestinian territories of '48"

“…the obligation to comfort the mourning families of the Martyrs (Shahids) was fulfilled by the President’s advisor Al-Haj Ismail Jaber, … a number of district heads, a delegation from all the districts and the Palestinian territories of ’48 (i.e., Israel), as well as a delegation from Jordan.”
