Abbas: Israeli army has “policy of daily murder… in cold blood against our defenseless people”

“The President of the State of Palestine [Mahmoud Abbas] expressed his condolences to the Al-Sharawna family for the Martyrdom death of their son, Moataz Idris Al-Sharawna [who was killed] by the occupation army’s fire. In his telegram the President said: ‘At a time when we condemn and denounce this barbaric crime [and] all the detestable crimes and the policy of daily murder carried out by the occupation army in cold blood against our defenseless people in order to terrify it and break its resolve, we also express our confidence that our people, resolute in its homeland, will continue its struggle and [continue] holding on to its land. These crimes will not deter it from adhering to its rights and enduring on the soil of its homeland.’”

Note: Moataz Idris Al-Sharawna was shot by the Israeli army during clashes in Hebron.
