Al-Dameer said that passing this bill reflects the criminal nature of this occupation that insists on using the most despicable methods of killing and torture against the Palestinian prisoners and detainees, and has killed over 205 prisoners since 1967: 74 were deliberately murdered, 71 died as Martyrs under torture during interrogations and 54 as a result of intentional medical negligence of the Israeli Prison Service’s medical services.”
