PA TV guest: Haifa, Jaffa, Tel Aviv are Palestinian cities
This TV clip illustrates the success of the PA’s message of non-recognition of Israel. Palestinians frequently define Israeli cities as Palestinian.
PA TV program Palestine this Morning interviewed a man from Gaza who teaches his children the art of sand drawing:
“There is nothing more beautiful than mentioning Palestinian cities such as Haifa, Jaffa, Tal Al-Rabia (i.e., Tel Aviv). We shouldn’t forget all these Palestinian cities.”
Note: Tal Al-Rabia is the Palestinians’ Arabic translation of Tel Aviv, to wrongly imply the existence of an Arab village of that name prior to Tel Aviv.
Acre, Haifa and Jaffa are all Israeli cities.
