PA TV: Jews believe Maimonides called for destruction of Al-Aqsa Mosque
“The Jews consider Maimonides (Rambam - Moshe ben Maimon) their greatest rabbi, and a few of them even describe him as he who renewed their religion. Also, they consider him one of their greatest philosophers and one of their great leaders who called for the destruction of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and for building the alleged Temple. This, even though he always described Al-Aqsa as a great and honorable structure, a term Jews interpret today as referring to a ‘Temple Mount.’”
