“The Collaboration Institution is an independent, civilian, nonprofit institution established in 1983 by a group of notable Palestinian and Arab economists and intellectuals in order to provide humanitarian aid and development aid to Palestinians in the [West] Bank, including Jerusalem, as well as in the Gaza Strip, the 1948 territories (i.e., Israel) and Palestinian concentrations in Lebanon.”
