PA exempts released prisoners from paying university tuition and medical insurance

“[At] its weekly meeting, convened yesterday [Dec. 3, 2013] in Ramallah [and] chaired by Prime Minister Dr. Rami Hamdallah, the [PA] government … approved the proposed revised regulation for exempting released prisoners from [paying] school and university tuition, [and from paying] medical insurance and training course fees, to show appreciation of their [the prisoners’] struggle and as part of the government’s pledge to provide our brave prisoners and their families with a dignified life.”
