PA funds fertility treatments for prisoners

“During its weekly meeting held yesterday [Jan. 9, 2014], chaired by Prime Minister Dr. Rami Hamdallah… the government decided to make the Ministry for Prisoners’ [Affairs], the Ministry of Health, and the Ministry of Finance responsible for coordinating between them the aid to prisoners and released prisoners who are having trouble producing offspring.”
