PA Ministry of Foreign Affairs accuses Israel of "cold-blooded execution"
“The [PA] Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned the cold-blooded execution of young Muhammad Mahmoud Mubarak by Israeli occupation forces, while he was working near the village of Ein Siniya. It [the Ministry] demanded that the UN and the Quartet assemble an international commission of inquiry [to investigate] this heinous crime, which is now added to a long list of assassinations carried out by occupation forces before the eyes and ears of the nations of the world, and [it demanded] the criminal murderers be brought to international trial where justice will be done.
Fatah spokesman Ahmad Assaf said the despicable way in which the crime of Mubarak’s assassination was perpetrated confirms the Israeli occupation’s intention to torpedo American and international efforts to move the peace process forward.”
