Note: Jalal Mahamid planned a double suicide attack in Israel with another terrorist on Feb. 8, 2002. They entered Israel, but their vehicle exploded too soon and both were killed without harming anyone else. Israel transferred Mahamid’s body to the PA on Feb. 4, 2014.
