Official PA daily calls the neighborhood Ein Kerem a "settlement" in "occupied West Jerusalem"

“Yesterday’s [Feb. 19, 2014] edition of the Hebrew-language Haaretz newspaper exposed Israeli Minister of Construction and Housing Uri Ariel’s plan to build a settlement neighborhood comprising 2,250 [housing] units in the Ein Kerem neighborhood in occupied West Jerusalem.”
