"Normalization" programs "spread poison among our youth and people"
The PA uses the term "normalization" to refer to any joint activity, project, or program between Israelis and Palestinians. The PA frequently rejects "normalization" with Israel, whether in sports, at cultural events, at conferences, etc.

We must isolate them and resist them, and there should be a clear policy regarding these institutions. These institutions are creating havoc. These institutions are always trying to spread poison among our youth and our people through normalization programs, with the aim of drawing budgets from international institutions who tie their funding to normalization or cooperation with Israeli institutions.”
