PA opposes US budget committee's decision to condition US aid to PA on cessation of incitement

“The [PA] government has expressed its opposition to the US Congress budget committee’s [decision] to condition its support of the law for the continuation of American aid to the PA on the cessation of PA incitement against Israel, and to make the new American aid law contingent on a special, documented report, to be submitted to the committee, confirming that incitement against Israel has decreased.
The government emphasized that the true incitement is the Israeli government’s insistence on breaking international humanitarian laws and on violating international institution [decisions] and human rights.”
