WAFA, the Radio and Television Authority and Al-Hayat Al-Jadida are “governmental media institutions”

“The [Palestinian] Journalists’ Syndicate’s subcommittees in the governmental media institutions discussed the Syndicate’s demands, which had been prepared by the journalists working in [the institutions]… during a workshop organized by the [Palestinian] Journalists’ Syndicate and the International Federation of Journalists in Ramallah yesterday [April 20, 2014]. [During the workshop,] the subcommittees that had been selected within the Palestinian news agency WAFA, the Radio and Television Authority and the Al-Hayat Al-Jadida newspaper [discussed] the issue of the collective agreements in the governmental media institutions.”
