Children of terrorist call their father a "hero" on PA TV
Official PA TV program For You visited the home of prisoner Samer Al-Atrash from Hebron.
Samer Al-Atrash’s son: “I consider my father a hero. He likes adventures and that kind of thing. He sacrificed his freedom and his life for the homeland.”
Samer Al-Atrash’s daughter: “I’m proud of my father because he is a hero and a fighter, and I hold my head high wherever I go.”
Samer Al-Atrash is serving 8 life sentences for involvement in a terror attack on French Hill in Jerusalem on May 18, 2003. In that attack, a suicide bomber blew himself up inside a Jerusalem city bus, killing 7 civilians.
