Film broadcast on PA TV: "We consider Jesus the first Palestinian refugee"
Official PA TV broadcast a short film about the West Bank village of Tayibe, entitled The Chain of Living Stones.
Tayibe priest Aziz Halaweh: “A week before the crucifixion of Jesus, Jesus came here, to Tayibe, to rest from the troubles in Jerusalem and from the plots conspired against him, and he came to Tayibe as a place of refuge. That is why we consider Jesus the first Palestinian refugee.”
