PA prime minister announces Ministry of Prisoners' Affairs will be turned into a commission

“[PA] Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah said that the government has decided to turn the Ministry of Prisoners’ [Affairs] into a commission, and that the task of overseeing it has been entrusted to Minister of Social Affairs Shawqi Issa until the process of its transformation has been completed.”
