PA asks Congress to continue funding, after Congress members call on Obama to terminate funding to Fatah-Hamas unity government

“The [Palestinian] government called on American Congress members to refrain from becoming drawn into the Israeli government’s incitement and false claims against our people, its leadership and government, especially after 88 American Congress members, from [both] the Republican and Democratic parties, called on US President Barack Obama to stop transferring American aid money to the PA in reaction to the establishment of the National [Fatah-Hamas] Reconciliation Government.”
