“[US Secretary of State] John Kerry’s tour of the region was not made out of concern for Iraq’s unity and territory… but in order to implement the [American administration’s] plot of dividing Iraq, against which it waged a world war in the beginning of the 1990s, and then conquered in 2003…
As everyone knows, the US, along with the countries of the region, created many organizations that blame others of heresy, among them the ISIS or the Islamic State of Iraq and Basham, for the purpose of establishing the religious, sectarian and ethnic conflict."
