Director of special needs committee on PA TV: Israel intentionally cripples people, "wants the Palestinian people to be crushed"
Official PA TV program Palestine This Morning hosted Salah Al-Din Samaro, a member of the directorial committee of Without Borders, an association for people with special needs.
Member of the directorial committee of Without Borders Salah Al-Din Samaro: “Each time they [the Israelis] hit a person in the knee, hand or back – most of the injuries today are to the lower back – [it is] in order to cripple the person. And Israel – to the best of my knowledge – wants us, the Palestinian people, to be one of five things: Martyrs (Shahids) in graves, prisoners, ignoramuses, collaborators, or cripples with walking sticks – that is Israel. That is how it wants the Palestinian people to be crushed.”
Note: This program was broadcast during the 2014 Gaza war as Hamas was firing hundreds of rockets at Israel and as Israel was responding with Operation Protective Edge, which aimed at destroying Hamas' terror infrastructure and ability to launch rockets at Israel.
