Hamas rally in Jenin calls for more rockets against "the occupied territories" (i.e., Israel)

“The Islamic Jihad and Hamas movements in the Jenin district organized processions in support of the resistance in Gaza. Hundreds of Hamas supporters set out in a procession from the large mosque in the center of Jenin, during which they waved Hamas flags. The Islamic Jihad procession set out from mosques in the Jenin refugee camp. The two processions merged in the city center, where [they] halted. The participants [in the march] chanted slogans and songs demanding that the Resistance [in Gaza] bomb all the occupied territories (i.e., all of Israel) in response to the [Israeli] aggression and to avenge the blood of the fallen Martyrs (Shahids)…
These processions come at a time when the occupation forces are renewing their aggression against Gaza following a three- day humanitarian ceasefire, because [Israeli Prime Minister] Netanyahu’s administration refused the Palestinian delegation’s terms for extending the ceasefire or reaching an agreement. This has inflamed the situation and led to the resumption of military activity on the part of the occupation forces as well as of the resumption of activity of [and] the Palestinian resistance, which has fired additional shells and rockets towards the occupied Palestinian (i.e., Israeli) cities.”

Note: This article was published during the 2014 Gaza war as Hamas was firing thousands of rockets at Israel and as Israel was responding with Operation Protective Edge, which aimed at destroying Hamas' terror infrastructure and ability to launch rockets at Israel.
