Scholar on Hamas TV says that "Jews are the ultimate evil" according to Islamic tradition

Sadeq Qandil, a member of the Hamas-affiliated Palestinian Scholars League: “According to my understanding of the Hadith (sayings and practices attributed to Islam's Prophet Muhammad, in this case, specifically those pertaining to the Jews), their meaning is that the Jews are the ultimate evil. It is inconceivable that we could ever believe – even if they offer us peace or ease certain things, or speak of humanity and values – it is inconceivable that we could ever believe that there is good in them, for there is [only] evil in them, may Allah protect us.”
