PA Minister: Israel has “systematic plan” culminating in the destruction of Al-Aqsa and building the “alleged Temple”
Official PA TV program Palestine This Morning interviewed PA Minister of Religious Affairs Yusuf Ida'is:
“Recently, the Israeli establishment has openly revealed its intentions regarding its systematic plan, which is headed by the Israeli governmental establishment, to partition the Al-Aqsa Mosque, first according to time and then physically, after which [it intends to] destroy it and build the alleged Temple.”
Note: The “physical division and [division] according to time” refers to a proposed law (May 2013) being reviewed in Israeli Parliament that would allow for both Jews and Muslims to pray on the Temple Mount. The law seeks to implement separate prayer times for Muslims and Jews at the site.
