Hebron governor calls killing of murderers of 3 Israeli teens a "premeditated crime"

The Governor of Hebron Kamel Hamid: "Occupation forces had executed two citizens from Hebron this morning... Amer Abu Aisheh and Marwan Al-Qawasmi... The occupation carried out a death sentence on two Hebron citizens, and this is a premeditated crime."
