Israeli prisons have an “intentional policy” of medical neglect “in order to kill them slowly”

“During its weekly meeting in Ramallah yesterday [Nov. 11, 2014], chaired by [PA Prime Minister] Rami Hamdallah… [the government] warned of the policy of medical neglect that is being increasingly adopted, especially in the Ketziot prison, which is now filled with dozens of cases of severe and chronic diseases. This is part of a basic, intentional policy of the [Israel] Prison Services [directed] against all the sick prisoners in order to kill them slowly.”
