Terrorists killed by Israeli police after resisting arrest were “murdered in cold blood”
“PLO Executive Committee Member and Head of the Department for Jerusalem Affairs Ahmed Qurei ‘Abu Alaa’ condemned the execution of Jerusalem citizen Yussuf Al-Ramouni, 32, after he was attacked by a group of Jewish extremists inside a bus belonging to the Israeli Egged company… and warned of the possibility that the gangs of extremist Jews and settlers would continue their crimes and systematic terrorism aimed against each and every Palestinian Arab in Jerusalem. He added: ‘This is not the first crime the Jewish extremist gangs have committed. They have committed several [other] crimes that reflect the Israeli terrorist mentality… with the murder of Abd Al-Rahman Al-Shaloudi of Jerusalem, the youth Mutaz Hijazi, Ibrahim Al-Akari and dozens of Jerusalem residents whom Israel has murdered in cold blood.’”
Notes: Yussuf Al-Ramouni – Arab bus driver from East Jerusalem who was found hanged at a bus terminal in Jerusalem on Nov. 16, 2014. Although an autopsy performed by the Israeli Abu Kabir Forensic Institute and a pathologist chosen by the family of Al-Ramouni revealed no signs of violence, Palestinian media immediately presented the incident as a murder perpetrated by Jewish settlers. The Palestinian pathologist later changed his mind, claiming that there were signs of violence on the body.
Abd Al-Rahman Al-Shaloudi – On Oct. 22, 2014, Al-Shaloudi drove his car into a light-rail station in Jerusalem, killing three-month-old Israeli-American Haya Zissel-Brown and Karen Mosquera, 22, of Ecuador, and injuring 7 others. He was shot by police while attempting to flee the scene, and later died of his wounds.
Mutaz Hijazi – Islamic Jihad member and released prisoner who attempted to assassinate Rabbi Yehuda Glick, a prominent activist working to assure rights for Jews to visit and pray on the Temple Mount, on Oct. 29, 2014. Glick was seriously wounded in the attack; Hijazi was killed soon afterwards when he opened fire on an Israeli police force that was attempting to arrest him.
Ibrahim Al-Akari – Hamas terrorist from East Jerusalem who deliberately ran over people at a light-rail station in Jerusalem on Nov. 5, 2014, killing Jidan Assad, 38, and Shalom Aharon Badani, 17, and injuring at least 13 others. Al-Akari was shot and killed by Israeli police officers who arrived on the scene.
