Fatah spokesman says Hamas is the equivalent of IS or worse

“Fatah spokesman Ahmad Assaf compared Hamas’ operations in the Gaza Strip to those of IS in the Arab countries. He said: ‘Hamas is IS and IS is Hamas. The name doesn’t matter, because their actions are the same. Hamas in Gaza has outdone IS’ [crimes] against innocent people and Muslims.’
Assaf mused over the results of the investigations concerning the blowing up of the homes of senior Fatah officials in the Gaza Strip. He added: ‘We in Fatah know who is behind the attacks, and have demanded an end to the cover up of it.’
