Parents of terrorists involved in ‎attacks that killed 5 are proud of their ‎sons

Official PA TV program In a Fighter’s ‎Home visited the homes of Abd Al-Karim ‎and Hussein Aweis in the Jenin refugee ‎camp. ‎
Father of Abd Al-Karim Aweis: “The boy is ‎a lion, a hero, a lion. I am not afraid for ‎him. They [Abd Al-Karim and Hussein] are ‎locked up, but they are [sturdy] as cedar ‎trees.”‎
Mother of Abd Al-Karim Aweis: “They are ‎both heroes and I am proud of them. They ‎are my badge of honor. They raise the ‎reputation of the entire family. Everyone is ‎proud of them. I am proud that they are my ‎children, because they are heroes.”‎

Note: Abd Al-Karim Aweis - member of the Palestinian General Security Services and a ‎senior Fatah official, serving 6 life sentences in prison for his role in the March 21, 2002 ‎suicide attack in Jerusalem, in which 3 were killed and dozens wounded, and the Nov. ‎‎27, 2001 shooting attack at the central bus station in Afula, in which 2 people were killed. ‎
Hussein Aweis – serving 2 life sentences + 30 years in prison for his role in the Nov. 27, ‎‎2001 shooting attack at the central bus station in Afula, in which 2 people were killed. ‎Brother of Abd Al-Karim Aweis.‎
