Official PA daily uses non-recognition terminology: "the 1948 territories"

“Yesterday morning [Dec. 21, 2014] the occupation authorities closed the Tayibe crossing, west of Tulkarem, to thousands of workers who were on their way to their workplaces in the 1948 territories (i.e., Israel).”
