PA TV: Israelis have “racist plans” to empty roads of Palestinian residents

Official PA TV reporter: “This year, the number of hit and run incidents carried out by settlers against our people has increased by 45 percent compared to last year, as part of their racist plans to empty the roads of [Palestinian] residents.”
