PLO official: We will not compromise even when threatened with loss of US aid

“Wasil Abu Yusuf, Secretary General of the Palestine Liberation Front and member of the PLO Executive Committee, said the American threat to halt aid to the PA was well-known, and that this wasn’t the first time the US had adopted a policy that favors the occupation and adopts its demands. In addition, he said that the rights of the Palestinian people and the decisions it makes for its freedom and independence would not be relinquished because of threats or US money, for they are the natural rights of the Palestinian people.”
