PA Governor: Israel’s prisons “are like cemeteries for the living”

“District Governor of Ramallah and El-Bireh Laila Ghannam… said: ‘The occupation prisons are like cemeteries for the living, especially in light of the tragic state of the prisoners and their difficult conditions.’ She also noted that through the policy of intentional medical neglect, the occupation multiplies our prisoners’ suffering and sentences them to death.”
Note: Muhammad Al-Taj – a security prisoner who was serving a 14-year sentence, but was released early due to his serious medical condition.
