PA TV claims that Israel releases boars in Palestinian areas to ruin Palestinian crops
Official PA TV program Palestine this Morning hosted engineer Amjad Jaber, Director of the Department of Environmental Impact Assessment in the [Palestinian] Environmental Authority on wild boars and their damage to crops.
Official PA TV host: “Our item’s topic is the wild boars that are being spread by the Israeli occupation to inflict damage on Palestinian farmers, and the harm they cause to crops.”
Director of the Department of Environmental Impact Assessment in the [Palestinian] Environmental Authority Amjad Jaber: “Lately, or in the past few years, the occupation has brought [to the PA] frightening quantities of large-sized boars that do not belong in the Palestinian environment. These boars are characterized by their aggression, hostility and reproductive capability… The head of the Ammuriya village council came to me and told me: ‘I have seen with my own eyes, a car coming out of a settlement and unloading these boars.’”
